Dissolve sugar in syrup and bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and Rice Krispies to syrup mixture, mix well, and press into 9 × 13 pan. Melt chocolate and butterscotch in microwave. Poor evenly over contents of pan and allow to cool.
