Hamballs
Ingredients
- 3 pounds ham loaf
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 ¼ cups brown sugar
- ⅓ cup vinegar
Directions
Beat eggs. Mix first four ingredients well and form into balls using and ice cream scoop. Place in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients to create sauce. Pour over hamballs. Cover and bake at 350 °F for 1 hour. Uncover and bake ½ hour at same temperature.
