- 16 ounces conchiglie
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 4 ounces mild taco sauce
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 48 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 16 ounces shredded mozzarella
Boil conchiglie until al dente. Brown meats in pan. Combine pasta, meats, sauces, and seasonings into two baking dishes. Top with cheese. Bake at 400 °F for 20 - 30 minutes. Can be frozen and baked later if cheese is not added in advance.
